IIM continues to meet its goal of connecting individuals and churches
to pastors, churches, and missionaries around the world.

IIM exists to help cast a vision to pastors, church leaders, and laymen to enter into the exciting world of volunteer missions and impact our world for Christ. We have focused our efforts on Central America, the Caribbean, and Brazil. Our long range goals are to establish lasting partnerships with pastors, churches and community leaders in these locations. This vision is accomplished in the following two ways:

provide encouragement, support, and training for national pastors in order to help them meet their ministry objectives while plugging in with field mission personnel and local churches;

enlisting, raising support, training, and leading volunteers to invest themselves in short term mission opportunities employing their spiritual gifts through evangelism, teaching, mentoring, building, medical services, working with children, women’s ministry, and more.
